To avoid going to hell, one must first understand that hell is a place of conscious separation from God and spiritual torment (Luke 16:19-31). This is a result of rejecting Jesus Christ, who is the Savior of humanity. To escape this fate, one must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, trusting in Him for salvation. This involves acknowledging one's sin and repenting of it, asking for God's forgiveness and help to live according to God's way.

The Bible also teaches that one can resist the devil's temptations and schemes by speaking God's truth and persevering in faith (James 4:7). When we see areas in our life where we have sinned or not lived according to God's way, we must immediately repent and ask for God's forgiveness. This involves confessing our sin and asking God to help us not to live like that anymore. Additionally, we must focus on the door marked "Invitation" and exchange it for the door marked "Temptation." This involves setting ourselves against a particular sin and not realizing that we are nothing but sin.

Ultimately, the key to avoiding hell is to trust in Jesus Christ and live according to His teachings. We must acknowledge Satan's activity and not be intimidated by him, but instead resist his schemes in the power of God and by the blood of Jesus Christ. We must also be willing to let go of whatever is preventing us from getting through to Jesus, and be willing to identify with His death on the cross. When we act in confident faith in what our Lord did on the cross, a supernatural identification with Him takes place, and we are no longer identified with our sinful nature. By doing so, we can avoid the fate of hell and live a life that reflects Christian values and teachings.
