Can good people go to hell? From a biblical perspective, the answer is yes. The Bible teaches that God is a holy God who will not tolerate sin in His presence. Since all people are sinners, we are all separated from God and headed for hell. However, the Bible also teaches that God loves us and desires a personal relationship with us. This is why Jesus came to earth, to die on the cross for our sins and offer us salvation.

The Bible also teaches that salvation is not based on our good deeds, but on our faith in Jesus Christ. This means that even good people, who may have done many good things, can still go to hell if they have not placed their faith in Jesus. For example, the Bible says that even the good things we do are like "filthy rags" to God, and that our best efforts to be good are like "torn and worn-out garments" (Isaiah 64:6). This means that no matter how good we think we are, we are still sinful and in need of salvation through Jesus.

So, can good people go to hell? Yes, they can. The Bible teaches that salvation is a gift from God, and that we must receive it by faith. If we rely on our good deeds to get us to heaven, we will be disappointed. But if we put our faith in Jesus, we can have peace with God and avoid hell. As the Bible says, "For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast" (Ephesians 2:8-9). The good news is that God loves us and wants us to be with Him, and He has provided a way for us to be saved through faith in Jesus Christ.
