Trust and Vulnerability in a Chaotic World

In a chaotic world, trust and vulnerability are deeply intertwined. When we trust someone or something, we are essentially placing our vulnerability in their hands. We are saying, "I believe you will do what you promise, or act in ways that I can rely on." This is particularly true in relationships where we feel safe to share our fears, hurts, and weaknesses.
