Starting Over at 65: A New Chapter in Life

As we approach the age of 65, many of us may feel a sense of uncertainty about the future. We may wonder if we're too old to start something new, or if we're at a stage where it's time to slow down and enjoy the fruits of our labor. However, the Bible reminds us that it's never too late to start anew. In fact, Psalm 103:5 says, "Who satisfies your years with good things, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle's." This verse encourages us to see the potential for renewal and rejuvenation in our lives, even as we age.

So, how do we start over at 65? The first step is to recognize that we have the power to choose how we live our lives. As the Bible says, "Choose for yourselves this day whom you will serve... As the text says, "Start where you are, not where you should be." By taking small steps towards a more intentional life, we can experience renewal and rejuvenation, and start a new chapter in our lives that is filled with purpose and meaning. Ultimately, starting over at 65 is not about what we can do, but about who we can become in Jesus Christ. As the Bible says, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" (Philippians 4:13). With faith and determination, we can start anew and live a life that is filled with joy, purpose, and meaning.
