Is God silent during my pain?

When we experience pain, it's natural to wonder if God is silent. The Bible teaches us that God is always present and active, even when we can't hear or feel Him. In fact, His silence can be a sign of His presence and power. The Bible says, "My God, my God, why hast thou forsaken me?" (Psalm 22:1).
