By slowing down and focusing on God, we can find peace and purpose, even in the midst of challenges. As the Bible reminds us, "For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future” (Jeremiah 29:11). By trusting in God's plan and guidance, we can find the strength and courage to get through each day.
