Understanding God's Presence

When we feel distant from God, it's essential to understand that God is not physically far away from us. As the Bible teaches, God is omnipresent, meaning He fills all space and is present everywhere (Psalm 139:7-12). However, the distance we perceive between ourselves and God is not due to a physical gap but rather a moral one. Sin is the primary cause of this separation, as it creates a barrier between us and God (Isaiah 59:1-2). This moral distance can be overcome through faith in Jesus Christ, who bridged the gap between God and humanity through His sacrifice on the cross.

The Nature of God's Presence

Breaking Down Barriers
