Understanding Anger

When we encounter anger and frustration, it's essential to approach the situation with wisdom and guidance. The Bible teaches us to "temper our anger with patience and love" (Ephesians 4:2). This means acknowledging our emotions but not allowing them to control our actions. Anger can be a shortcut to finding solutions, but it's a shortcut that is doomed to fail.
