As a Christian, I want to acknowledge that the reality of terminal illness can evoke feelings of hopelessness and despair. It's natural to wonder if there's any point in holding onto hope when the news seems bleak. However, the Bible reminds us that our hope is not in our circumstances, but in God Himself. In Psalm 38:15, David writes, "My times are in your hands; deliver me from my enemies and from those who pursue me." This verse highlights the sovereignty of God, who is in control of our lives, even in the midst of suffering.

The Source of Hope

The source of our hope is not in our own abilities or circumstances, but in God's character and promises.
