Can I still have a sense of belonging if I cant afford to participate in activities?

In the Bible, we see that true belonging and identity come from God, not from our possessions or our ability to participate in activities. As 1 Corinthians 6:20 says, "You don't belong to yourself, you were bought at a price." This means that our value and worth come from God, not from what we can afford or achieve.

In fact, the Bible teaches us that true belonging and connection come from participating in the community of believers, not from external activities or possessions. In Acts 2:42-47, we see that the early Christian community came together to share their lives, their resources, and their faith with one another. This community was not defined by their wealth or status, but by their shared faith in Jesus Christ.

So, even if you can't afford to participate in certain activities, you can still have a sense of belonging by connecting with others in your local church or community of believers. You can serve the poor, attend worship, or participate in Bible study and fellowship groups. By doing so, you can experience the joy and fulfillment that comes from participating in the body of Christ, regardless of your financial situation. As the Bible says in 1 Corinthians 12:12-13, "The body is a unit, though it is made up of many parts. And though its parts are many, they all belong to the one body."
