What do we reap when we sow kindness?

When we sow kindness, we reap a multitude of benefits. Kindness is not only a virtue that benefits the recipient, but it also has a profound impact on the one who shows kindness. According to Proverbs 4:23, "Watch over your heart with all diligence, for from it flow the springs of life."
