Can I still be a good employee if I'm not a Christian?

Absolutely! Being a good employee has nothing to do with being a Christian. A person's faith or lack thereof does not determine their work ethic or ability to perform their job duties. What matters most is their attitude, work habits, and commitment to their job. As Christians, we are called to be the best workers, not because of our faith, but because we are created in God's image and are called to serve others (Colossians 3:23-24).
