Can I afford treatment if I don't have insurance?
As a pastor, I've seen many situations where people are faced with difficult decisions about their healthcare. While insurance can be a vital safety net, it's not the only option for those in need.
My wife Susan and I have been fortunate enough to have insurance for many years, but I know that not everyone is as fortunate. However, I believe that God is a God of provision and that He can provide for our needs in ways that we may not even expect. As it says in the Bible, "who forgives all your sins and heals all your diseases" (Psalm 103:3). If we truly trust in God's promises, we can have faith that He will provide for us in times of need.
I've seen people in our church community who have faced significant medical expenses without insurance, and yet they have still found a way to receive the treatment they needed. It's not always easy, and it requires trust, faith, and sometimes even sacrifice. But I believe that when we put our trust in God, He will provide for us in ways that we may not even think possible.
