Does God care about my pain?

Yes, God cares about your pain. In fact, God's love and compassion for you are not diminished by your pain, but are often most evident in the midst of it. The Bible assures us that God is a God of comfort and that he will comfort us in our affliction (2 Corinthians 1:3-4). He is not aloof or distant, but rather he is a God who is actively involved in our lives, even in the midst of pain and suffering.
