Biblical Answer

Obedience to God's will is a matter of the heart and a personal relationship with Him. When we seek to live by our own standards, we may think we are in obedience, but our actions may not align with God's perfect law. In order to know if we are living in obedience to God's will, we must examine our motivations and actions. Are we seeking to please God or ourselves? When we prioritize our own desires and safety above God's will, we are not in obedience. This means letting go of our own thoughts, insights, and understandings, and instead seeking guidance from Scripture and prayer. As we seek to obey God's will, we will encounter challenges and questions, but we must be determined to trust in His sovereignty and goodness. When we prioritize our relationship with God above our own desires and doubts, we will experience the joy and peace that come from living in obedience to His will.
