Can our daily choices bring joy to others when we're feeling anxious when we're feeling overwhelmed?

Joy is not elusive, but it takes time and practice to cultivate. According to Psalm 126:1-2, bringing a word of joy to others can honor God, even when we're feeling anxious or overwhelmed. This is a "no-risk" proposition, as the worst that can happen is that we honor God. However, if we strive to bring joy to others, we may be surprised by the positive outcome.
