To experience God's love, we must first understand that God's love for us is not just a feeling, but a reality that is demonstrated through His actions. As 1 John 4:9-11 states, "In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins." This means that God's love for us is not based on our feelings or actions, but on His own initiative and sacrifice. When we see God's love in this way, we begin to understand that we are loved, not because of who we are or what we do, but because of who God is and what He has done for us.

As we experience God's love, we are transformed into people who love others in the same way. This is seen in 1 John 4:11, which says, "Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another." When we experience God's love, we become more loving and more compassionate towards others. This is not just a feeling, but a reality that is demonstrated through our actions. We become people who love others with the same kind of love that God has shown us. As we experience God's love, we are also motivated to serve Him and to obey His commands, such as the command to love our neighbors as ourselves.
