Can I still be a good Christian if I struggle with sin?

The question of whether a Christian can still be good if they struggle with sin is a complex one. On the one hand, the Bible teaches that Christians will struggle with sin, but that does not mean they are not truly saved (1 John 1:8-10). In fact, the Bible says that Christians will continue to struggle with sin until they are glorified in heaven (Romans 7:14-25). However, this does not mean that Christians are free to continue in sin without consequence. The Bible teaches that Christians are to be holy, just like God is holy (1 Peter 1:16), and that they are to be set apart from the world (2 Corinthians 6:17-18).

The Importance of Spiritual Growth

To be a good Christian, one must be willing to grow spiritually. This means facing struggles head-on, rather than running from them.
