A. Why Do Christians Die?

C. What Happens After Death?

During this time, the believer's soul is in the presence of the Lord, and they are with him in heaven. This state is a time of great joy and happiness, as the believer is finally with the Lord and is free from the effects of sin and the fall. The intermediate state is a temporary state, and it will come to an end when Christ returns and raises the believer's body from the dead, and reunites it with their soul. At that time, the believer will be given a resurrection body, and they will live forever with the Lord in heaven.
