Can I even trust my own instincts when I'm so lost and scared?

When you're feeling lost and scared, it's natural to question your instincts. The Bible reminds us that our thoughts and feelings can be deceptive, and that we need to be careful not to trust in our own understanding (Proverbs 3:5-6). Fear can be a powerful emotion that can lead us to make irrational decisions, and it's easy to get caught up in our own fears and doubts. However, as Christians, we are called to trust in God's sovereignty and goodness, even when we don't understand what's happening.

The Bible teaches us that God is always with us, and that He will never leave us or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5-6). When we're feeling lost and scared, we can trust that God is working everything out for our good, even if we can't see it right now (Romans 8:28).
