Biblical Answer

If you do not believe in Jesus, several things happen. First, you will not see Jesus, even in the future. As Jesus said, "Before long, the world will not see me any more." (John 14:19) This means that you will not have a personal relationship with Him, and you will not be able to see Him in His resurrected state. Second, you will experience spiritual death. Jesus said, "He who does not believe has been condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God." (John 3:18) This condemnation is not just a temporary state, but a permanent one. It means that you will be separated from God forever, and will not be able to experience eternal life. Third, you will face judgment. As Jesus said, "If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world. The one who rejects me and does not receive my words has a judge; the very words I have spoken will condemn him, at the last day." (John 12:47-48) This means that you will be held accountable for your actions, and will be judged based on your rejection of Jesus.

In addition to these consequences, not believing in Jesus also means that you will not be able to experience the power of God. Jesus said, "If anyone is willing to do his will, he shall know concerning the doctrine, whether it is of God, or whether I speak from myself." (John 7:17) This means that you will not be able to tap into the power of God, and will not be able to experience the transformation that comes from following Jesus. You will also be unable to overcome the problems and struggles of life. Jesus said, "And whoever does not carry his own cross and follow me cannot be my disciple." (Luke 14:27) This means that you will be unable to overcome the obstacles and challenges of life, and will not be able to find the fulfillment and purpose that comes from following Jesus.

Finally, not believing in Jesus means that you will not be able to experience eternal life. Jesus said, "I am the way, the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through me." (John 14:6) This means that you will not be able to enter into a relationship with God, and will not be able to experience the eternal life that comes from following Jesus. You will instead face eternal separation from God, and will not be able to experience the joy, peace, and fulfillment that comes from knowing Him. This is a solemn warning, and one that we should take seriously. It is not just a matter of intellectual assent, but a matter of personal relationship and commitment to Jesus Christ. If we do not believe in Jesus, we will miss out on the greatest gift that God has to offer us.
