How do I show love to those around me without expecting anything in return when I'm feeling tired?

Loving others when you're feeling tired can be a challenge. The Bible teaches that love is not just a feeling, but an action. In 1 Corinthians 13:3, it says, "And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love." This verse emphasizes that love is a choice, not just a feeling. When you're feeling tired, it's easy to get caught up in your own needs and struggles, but as a follower of Jesus, you are called to put others first. One way to show love to those around you without expecting anything in return is to simply be present with them. This means putting aside your own fatigue and focusing on the person in front of you. As the Bible says in Proverbs 18:24, "A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother." Having a few close relationships where you can be present and supportive, even when you're feeling tired, is essential for showing love in a way that doesn't expect anything in return.
