In addition to modeling the right behavior, it's also essential to train your children through practicing the four tools of connection: 1) Speak truth, 2) Come alongside, 3) Train, and 4) Let go. By consistently using these tools, you'll help your children develop essential life skills, such as communication, problem-solving, and self-awareness, which will serve them well throughout their lives. So, take the time to reflect on your communication style and make adjustments as needed to ensure you're effectively connecting with your children and helping them become the best version of themselves.
