My friend, I can sense the weight of the world bearing down on you, and I want you to know that I've been there too. As a pastor, I've seen many people struggle with feeling like everything is against them. But I want to share with you a principle that has guided my life, and that is to make a decision, then make it work. It's not about focusing on the roadblocks, but rather looking beyond them to God, who is our Problem-Solver.
When we're facing seemingly insurmountable challenges, it's easy to get caught up in feelings of hopelessness and self-pity. But I want to remind you that faith is not based on our victories, but on the Word of God. We must do what God wants us to do, whether or not we're successful. And when we're feeling overwhelmed, it's essential to remember that God is our Helper, and He is with us in every circumstance. We can say with strong courage, "I will not fear, because He Himself has said, I will never leave you."
So, how can you keep going when everything feels like it's against you? You must choose to focus on God, to look beyond the roadblocks, and to trust in His goodness and faithfulness. Make a decision to trust Him, then make it work by putting your faith into action. Remember, it's often darkest before the dawn, and God is always working, even when we can't see it. So, take a deep breath, look to Jesus, and trust that He will see you through.
