As the Bible teaches, "Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will" (Romans 12:2). By combining spiritual transformation with practical action, we can overcome addiction and live a life that reflects our commitment to Christ. As the Bible says, "I can do all this through him who gives me strength" (Philippians 4:13).
