The Tension Between Safety and Risk

As Christians, we often find ourselves torn between our desire for safety and the call to take risks for God. On one hand, we want to be protected from harm and danger, just as the psalmist prayed for God's people to be saved from life-threatening danger (Psalm 107:43).
