The Sovereignty of God: Understanding His Ways

The question of why God took away your only child is a deeply personal and painful one. It's a question that many parents have asked themselves at some point in their lives. While we may not have all the answers, we can rest assured that God's ways are not our ways, and His thoughts are not our thoughts (Isaiah 55:8-9). The Bible teaches us that God is sovereign over all creation, and that He works all things together for good for those who love Him (Romans 8:28).

In the midst of our struggles and questions, it's essential to remember that God's ways are not necessarily tied to our understanding or expectations. We may not know why God chose to take your child, but we can trust that He is a loving and gracious Father who is working all things for our good.
