Biblical Answer

Heaven will be a place of closeness and communion with God, characterized by the removal of all evils. Being with his people, God will wipe every tear from their eyes, and there will be no more death or mourning or crying or pain (Revelation 21:4). This is the primary feature of heaven, and it is the culmination of the Christian's pilgrimage. Heaven will also be characterized by the presence of Jesus, who will be seen as majestic, powerful, regal, and even beautiful (Matthew 13:44-46).

The new heavens and new earth will be a place of eternal life, where joy and blessing are the standard. It will be a time of prosperity and peace marked by an extended lifespan and a peaceful state in nature. The earth will be renewed, and the presence of God will be visible and tangible. The glory of heaven will fill the earth, and all of its inhabitants will be in awe of God's presence.

In heaven, time will not be unknown, but rather, it will be characterized by the cumulative effect of all the details that represent Jesus with imagery from his world. The presence of God will be the central feature of heaven, and all of its inhabitants will be in a state of eternal admiration and contemplation of God's glory. The removal of all evils and the presence of God will make heaven a place of unimaginable joy and happiness, where all of the sufferings of this life will be dwarfed by the wonders of eternal life.
