Can I still be a good Christian if I don't attend church regularly?

While it is true that attending church regularly is a vital part of a Christian's life, it is not the sole determining factor of one's faith. The Bible teaches that true faith in Jesus Christ is a personal commitment that involves a relationship with Him, not just a membership in a church (Matthew 7:21-23). However, regular church attendance is an important way to cultivate and deepen that relationship, as well as to be accountable to other believers and to participate in the body of Christ (Hebrews 10:24-25).
