Biblical Answer

The Bible tells us that our future is not predetermined, but rather it is shaped by our choices and decisions. This is seen in the story of Joseph, who was sold into slavery by his brothers, but through his faith and perseverance, he rose to become a leader in Egypt (Genesis 37-50). Similarly, the apostle Paul wrote, "For we are God's handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do" (Ephesians 2:10).
