Can I lose God's forgiveness?

Understanding God's Forgiveness

God's forgiveness is a gift that is available to all people through faith in Jesus Christ. The Bible teaches that the blood of Jesus Christ cleanses us from all sin (1 John 1:7). This means that no matter what we have done, God will forgive us. However, this forgiveness is not automatic. We must confess our sins and repent of them in order to receive forgiveness. The Bible teaches that God will not forgive those who refuse to confess their sins and turn to Him (Joshua 24:19).
