The Purpose of Life with a Terminal Diagnosis

When confronted with a terminal diagnosis, people often question the purpose of life. The Bible suggests that life is not just a meaningless existence, but rather a journey with a purpose given by God. According to Psalm 139:16, "Your eyes saw my unformed body; all the days ordained for me were written in your book and planned before a single one of them began." This verse indicates that God has a plan for each person's life, including those with terminal illnesses. Furthermore, the Bible teaches that suffering is not meaningless, but rather an opportunity to glorify God and bring hope to others.
