The Language of Love When Words Fail

When words fail to convey the depth of our emotions and intentions, what language of love can we use? The Bible teaches that love can be expressed in various ways, even when words are not enough. In 1 Corinthians 13:1-3, the apostle Paul writes, "If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am only a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but have not love, I gain nothing."
