A Choice to Love in Everyday Life

Love becomes a daily choice in the chaos of everyday life when we decide to put others before ourselves, even when it's difficult. This kind of love is not about fleeting emotions but about making a conscious decision to act in kindness, compassion, and humility, even when it doesn't feel like it. As the Bible says, "Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs" (1 Corinthians 13:4-5).

In a world that often prioritizes our own happiness and desires, choosing to love others can be a difficult and messy experience.
