The Question: Why do I have to live with this pain?

The Source of Pain

The source of pain is a complex issue, but it is essential to understand that pain can be caused by various factors. The Purpose of Pain

As the Bible says, "We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans" (Romans 8:26). We can also find hope in the fact that pain can be lightened by seeking help, practicing self-care, and developing a positive attitude. As the Bible says, "You have turned my darkness into light; you have broken my chains" (Psalm 51:12). With God's help, we can find a way to live with pain and even find hope in it.
