Can God really heal my relationship with my spouse?

Firstly, the Bible teaches us that God is a God of restoration and healing. In Psalm 25:15, it says, "My eyes are ever toward the Lord, for only He will release my feet from the snare." This verse shows us that God can miraculously lift us up and away from whatever is seeking to devour us. Therefore, it is not only possible but also a promise from God that He can heal our relationships.

Secondly, Jesus teaches us that if we abide in Him and His words abide in us, we will ask what we desire, and it shall be done for us (John 15:7). This means that if we have a right relationship with God and are abiding in Him, He will answer our prayers and heal our relationships. However, it is essential to note that God's will is not always to heal everyone, and sometimes He may choose not to heal our relationships. Nevertheless, He can still work in our lives and use us as instruments of restoration.

Thirdly, as believers, we must pray for God's will to be done in our lives and relationships. We must pray that God's love will work in our marriages, and that His will will be done. This means that we must be patient and persevere in our prayers, even if we don't see immediate results. We must also be willing to work on ourselves and our relationships, and to seek God's guidance and wisdom in our marriages. By doing so, we can trust that God will work in our lives and heal our relationships. As Leslie said, "God can still restore my marriage, but even if he doesn't, he's still God." This attitude of trust and surrender to God's will is essential for healing and restoration in our marriages.
