The Hope of a New Home

As a follower of Jesus, it's essential to remember that our true home is not on this earth, but in heaven. Jesus said, "In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you" (John 14:2). This means that our current dwelling, whether it's a physical house or a sense of belonging, is not our ultimate home. We are strangers and pilgrims on this earth, and our hearts should be set on the heavenly city.
