Understanding Job's Suffering

Job's suffering is a complex issue that raises questions about God's justice and sovereignty. Job himself does not believe that he has sinned or done anything to deserve his suffering. Instead, he questions the justice of God's treatment of him, asking why an innocent person like himself would be suffering.
