A Christian can still be a good employee if they are not in Christian ministry. In fact, the Bible teaches that every form of work is a form of Christian ministry when we see ourselves as cooperating with God in the service of others (1 Corinthians 10:31). As Christians, we are called to work with excellence and integrity, regardless of our job title or profession.
