Making Peace with Your New Reality

It can be overwhelming when our life seems barren and our reality is not what we expected. The world makes no sense to us apart from the Lord Jesus, and we begin to look unto Him for peace and fulfillment. This is a spiritual reality that cannot be taught in a book, but must be experienced. We can start by renewing our mind to the truth, setting our mind on that truth, and reminding ourselves often, and watch God set us free.

When we are faced with a new reality, we can choose to look to God for peace and fulfillment. This means standing back from our natural hissing and fretting, and coming in out of the wind. We can only do this for moments at first, but from those moments, the new sort of life will begin to spread through our being. We must keep fighting when we're right, not just when we're successful. This means being quiet and listening to God, and trusting Him to provide a way out of our struggles.

To make peace with our new reality, we must learn to look to God for our peace and fulfillment. We must remember that God's peace is proof that we are right with Him, and that we are exhibiting the freedom to turn our mind to Him. We can start by setting our heart on what God wants, and thinking His thoughts. We can begin to experience the peace and fulfillment that comes from living a life that reflects Christian values and teachings. By doing so, we can start to experience the freedom and joy that comes from living a life that is surrendered to God. As we look to God for our peace and fulfillment, we can begin to experience the true peace that passes all understanding.
