Biblical Answer

Biblical stewardship means being a responsible caretaker of the resources and opportunities God has given us. It is a reflection of God's purpose for our lives, which is to glorify and worship Him. The Bible teaches that stewardship is not just about what we have, but also about what we do with what we have. As Matthew 25:14-30 says, "Whoever is faithful with little will also be faithful with much, and whoever is dishonest with little will also be dishonest with much." This means that we are called to be good managers of our resources, using them to bless others and to bring glory to God. We are not just owners of our possessions, but rather stewards who are entrusted with managing them for the benefit of others.
