God is not asking you to believe because He is on a divine ego trip, but because He wants to have a relationship with you and to bring you into His presence. So, don't assume that God is making you jump through unnecessary hoops, but rather trust in His goodness and love.

As you continue to seek and trust in God's Word, remember that it's okay to have doubts and uncertainties. Even the apostle Paul struggled with doubts and uncertainties, but he continued to trust in God's sovereignty and provision. As he says, "I know whom I have believed, and I am convinced that He is able to guard what I have entrusted to Him until that day" (2 Timothy 1:12). So, don't give up on your faith, but rather continue to seek and trust in God's Word, and He will guide you through the difficult times and bring you into a deeper relationship with Himself.
