The Bible says, "Now abide faith, hope, love, these three; but the greatest of these is love" (1 Corinthians 13:13). In heaven, faith won't be necessary because we'll see everything, and hope won't be needed because what more could we possibly hope for? Only love will last forever, because God is love and He is eternal. Love is the greatest virtue because it's the purpose and goal of faith and hope.
