Biblical Answer

When we feel that God is silent, it's easy to lose trust in Him. But the Bible teaches us that God's silence is not a lack of presence or power. In fact, His silence is often a sign of His trust in us, as He tests our faith and encourages us to rely on Him alone. As the Psalmist says, "I will trust in you" (Ps. 56:3). We must remember that God's silence is not a sign of His displeasure, but rather a time of discipline, where He is teaching us to trust in Him and not in our own understanding or circumstances.

True faith is not about feeling or intellectual acceptance, but about trusting in God's character and promises, even when we can't see or hear Him. As the Bible says, "Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen" (Heb. 11:1). When we trust in God, we are not trusting in a distant or unresponsive God, but in the God who has spoken to us through His Word and has promised to be with us always. We can trust in God because He is a God of His word, and He will never prove unfaithful to those who trust what He has said.
