Biblical Answer

When you're gone, it's a good time to reflect on your life and the choices you've made. It's a time to be honest with yourself and with God. As Psalm 139:23-24 says, "Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting." This is a time to acknowledge your pain and your struggles, and to seek God's guidance and comfort. It's a time to ask God to search your heart and to show you any areas where you need to change or grow.

When you're gone, it's also a good time to focus on your spiritual health. This means putting your faith and trust in God, and seeking to live a life that reflects His values and teachings. It means being honest with yourself and with God about your sins and your struggles, and seeking to be forgiven and cleansed by God. As Philippians 2:12-13 says, "Work out your own salvation with fear and trembling, for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure." This is a time to seek God's guidance and direction, and to trust in His sovereignty and power.

When you're gone, it's a good time to think about what will remain after you're gone. Will it be a legacy of love, kindness, and service to others? Or will it be a legacy of anger, bitterness, and hurt? As 1 Corinthians 3:12-15 says, "If any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it, because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of each man's work." This is a time to think about what will remain after you're gone, and to seek to build a legacy that will honor God and bring joy to others.
