Can I still be a good employee if I'm not a Christian?

Being a good employee is not dependent on one's faith. As Christians, we are called to be the best workers and to see our work as part of our service to God. This means that we should strive to be diligent, hardworking, and responsible in our jobs, regardless of our religious affiliation. In fact, the Bible teaches that all forms of work are part of God's plan and that Christians should see themselves as cooperating with God in the service of others (Colossians 3:23-24).
