The Priority of Love

When the world is against us, prioritizing love can be a challenging task. However, it is essential to understand that there are different types of love, and we must distinguish between them. The Bible teaches that there are two primary types of love: eros and agape. Eros is a selfish, romantic love that prioritizes personal pleasure and satisfaction. Agape, on the other hand, is a selfless, unconditional love that prioritizes the well-being of others and God.
