Can I ever find peace again after this?

The Bible teaches that peace is not the absence of conflict, but a restored relationship with God (Psalm 4:8). This peace is not something we can find by seeking it outwardly, but rather by seeking God inwardly. As the psalmist says, "I sought the Lord, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears" (Psalm 34:4). When we turn to God in faith, we find peace with God and a clear conscience (Romans 5:1).

However, this peace is not always accompanied by a sense of well-being or absence of conflict in our relationships. In fact, Jesus said that "every house divided against itself will not be able to stand" (Mark 3:25). This means that when we are not united with others, everything falls apart. But even in the midst of conflict, we can experience the peace of God. As the Bible says, "Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts" (Colossians 3:15). This means that we can have peace even in the midst of turmoil, as long as we are seeking God's guidance and direction.

To find peace again, we must seek God's face and acknowledge our guilt before Him. As the prophet Hosea says, "I will return again to my place, until they acknowledge their guilt and seek My face" (Hosea 5:15). When we turn to God in repentance and faith, we can experience the peace that passes all understanding (Philippians 4:7). This peace is not something we can find on our own, but rather it is a gift from God that comes through faith in Jesus Christ. As the Bible says, "And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus" (Philippians 4:7).
