The best way to show kindness to those around us is to act in a genuine and sincere manner. This involves not just pretending to be kind, but actually being kind in our words, thoughts, and deeds. As Proverbs 4:23 says, we should "watch over our words, thoughts, and deeds" as we would want others to treat us. This means being aware of our own faults and shortcomings, and striving to be the kind of person we would like to be treated by.

Showing kindness to others can be challenging, especially when faced with difficult or unpleasant situations. However, as Jesus teaches, we should strive to show kindness even to those who may not deserve it (Matthew 6:14-15). This is not to say that we should tolerate or enable bad behavior, but rather that we should respond to it with kindness and compassion. This, in turn, can lead to a world where many people grow up nice and reflect the love of Christ to those around them. In this way, we can show kindness to those around us in a way that is authentic, sincere, and reflects the character of Christ.
