The best way to deal with anxiety is to recognize that it is a normal part of life, but one that can be managed with the help of prayer and a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. As the Bible says, "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God" (Philippians 4:6). This means that instead of panicking or trying to control the situation, we should take our fears and anxieties to God in prayer, and trust that He will give us the peace and guidance we need.

As Jesus said, "Do not let your hearts be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in me" (John 14:1).
